Open to the Public! You don’t have to be Greek to participate in the premier fund-raiser for Agia Sophia Academy.

The scramble format offers a lot of fun and challenge for any golfer. Golfer Registration includes: lunch, golf, tee prize, auction and a famously delicious Dinner. Registration is on a first come first serve basis with a maximum of 144 golfers. Cost: $200.00 per golfer*. 50% of the registration fee is tax-deductible.

Don’t golf? That’s ok too! Non golfers are warmly invited to join us for dinner and silent auction. Dinner Tickets are $50 each or $25 for children 12 and under.

OCMC Missionaries Nathan and Gabriela Hoppe will be speaking September 1 and 2 at St. George

Nathan and his wife Gabriela are working to inspire, train, equip, and lead Albanians to proclaim the Gospel and make disciples in Albania. The Orthodox Church of Albania has experienced a resurrection under the inspired leadership of Archbishop Anastasios.

Nathan Hoppe will be sharing his experiances with us in what promises to be a moving and edifying event.

Saturday, September 1
Great Vespers, 6pm followed by a presentation by Nathan Hoppe on OCMC Missionary Work in Albania.

Sunday, September 2
Orthros, 8:50am
Divine Liturgy, 10am, with Nathan Hoppe as homilist.

Nathan will be available during coffee hour following the Divine Liturgy for informal Q. and A. and one-on-one conversations on the work of OCMC globally and specifically the present missionary efforts in rebuilding and supporting the Orthodox Church of Albania.

Bishop Maxim to celebrate Slava at St Stephen the Protomarytr this Sunday August 12th

Bishop Maxim will celebrate the Feast of the transfer of the Relics of St Stephen Protodeacon and the First Martyr on Aug. 12th at Serbian Orthodox Church of St. Archdeacon Stephen in Milwaukie.

Divine Liturgy at 10am followed by Blessing of the Bread and Banquet.

Math tutor needed for ministry

Annunciation Homeschool Enhancement is seeking a math tutor for its' group tutoring program. We tutor small groups of homeschooled children in Right Start Math, grades K-4. Annunciation Homeschool Enhancement has openings for the Fall program

We group tutor students of all faiths  in the core subjects of Right Start Math and The Writing Road to Reading as well as instruction in the Orthodox Faith using a "one room school-house" model.  Our rates are 150.00 per month per student and we meet T/Th from 8:45 to 12:15 at Annunciation Church in Milwaukie.
